Friday - man, I love Friday!
I watched Mission Impossible 3 tonight - I know, taken my time to get to that, but I finally watched it. But you know what - sit down in front of a good film - you know what happens...
And, I was out to family for food tonight, so that's never a good thing is it!
I wish I could shut myself away for a month, and just eat carrots and drink water. Then I would lose some serious weight!
Anyway, today's incomings were as follows:
07:30 - Rice Krispies and semi skimmed milk
07:40 - Muller Drink
08:28 - 1 small cup of water
09:27 - 1 small cup of water
10:31 - 1 small cup of water
11:15 - 1 small cup of water
11:45 - Brown bread, corned beef and cucumber
11:55 - 1 Kellogg's oat bar
14:00 - 1 small cup of water
15:15 - 1 small cup of water
15:30 - 1 slice of brownie (Work treat!)
16:30 - 1 small cup of water
18:00 - Plain Dutch crispbake
18:50 - Orange Juice
18:55 - Potatoes, carrots, cabbage, chicken pie
19:20 - Chocolate cake and custard (groan)
20:00 - handful of Maltesers
23:00 - Black coffee
See, I did atrocious today as well :(
I'll try and be better next week, and I WILL take some pictures tomorrow!

The Dieting Man
I'm dieting because I've turned into a bit of a heifer. My plan is simple. Eat healthy. Do exercise. I plan to eat more fruit, less junk. I'm going to do exercise, such as riding my bike, my exercise bike, and utilising my Wii and PS3. I can't do this on my own - I seriously lack motivation. So please, post comments, keep me going, keep me motivated, and let's see if I can shed this weight. I am The Dieting Man!
