Alrighty There People!
I had a holiday from work today (I know, off sick most of last week, holiday this week - naughty naughty!) But it was only today. It was so busy though - spent all morning driving around, picking up people, dropping off people, helping people - I was wrecked! Had a nice quiet afternoon though, which was fab.
Anyway, today's incomings were as follows:
08:00 - Rice Krispies and semi skimmed milk
08:10 - Muller Drink
10:45 - Black coffee
12:30 - Brown bread roll, corned beef and cucumber
12:40 - 'Good For You' Chocolate Bar
13:00 - Pint of water
19:10 - 1 Ferrero Rocher
20:30 - McDonald's Quarter Pounder with Cheese and Fries
20:40 - 1 glass of Coke
21:10 - 2 biscuits - low calorie
21:40 - Ryvita Bites
Ah yes, erm... Monday is McDonald's night. Diet or no diet. End of story...

The Dieting Man
I'm dieting because I've turned into a bit of a heifer. My plan is simple. Eat healthy. Do exercise. I plan to eat more fruit, less junk. I'm going to do exercise, such as riding my bike, my exercise bike, and utilising my Wii and PS3. I can't do this on my own - I seriously lack motivation. So please, post comments, keep me going, keep me motivated, and let's see if I can shed this weight. I am The Dieting Man!
