Got in from work, went out, did shopping, visited people, back home... at 11.15!

07:15 - Rice Krispies and semi skimmed milk
07:20 - Muller Drink
09:00 - 1 small cup of water
11:11 - 1 small cup of water
12:20 - Brown bread and Tuna sandwich (from Gregg's!)
12:30 - Large Gingerbread man
14:30 - 1 small cup of water
14:45 - Jam doughnut
14:50 - 1 'Fruit and Grain' bar
14:55 - 1 small cup of water
16:04 - 1 small cup of water
17:30 - Pizza and chips
20:30 - 1 pint of water
20:35 - half a jam doughnut
22:00 - Chips
22:15 - 1 glass of water
Aaaargh! What a bad day! Doughnuts, Gregg's, gingerbread - oh man, I'm slipping, I'm really slipping... Where is that damn exercise bike???
