Alrighty There People!

Another great day today, with quite a lot of intakes, some not too good though. Okay, here goes...:

07:35 - Crunchy Nut Cornflakes with semi skimmed milk

08:30 - 1 glass of water

09:40 - 1 glass of water

10:30 - 2 Go Ahead bars

10:40 - 1 glass of water

12:30 - 2 ham and cucumber rolls

12:45 - Blue Ribband

13:00 - Raspberry yogurt

13:55 - 1 glass of water

14:35 - 1 glass of water

15:20 - 1 plum

15:30 - 1 glass of water

16:45 - 1 glass of water

17:50 - 3/4 pizza

18:00 - Orange juice

20:20 - 1 glass of water

20:30 - biscuit and chocolate bar

22:00 - Steak pie

22:30 - bowl of ice cream

Hmmm, okay, so I went a bit off of the rails today. All in all though, a lot of water, not too much junk - quite good!

Must dash, I may - may - weigh myself tomorrow...

Alrighty There People!

Today was a successful day! I am really pleased with myself. Not only did I eat (relatively) healthily, but I went on the exercise bike! Okay, it wasn't for very long - just ten minutes - but nevertheless, it was still on the exercise bike.

Here's how the day went:

07:30 - Rice Krispies with semi skimmed milk

08:30 - 1 glass of water

09:50 - 1 glass of water

10:30 - 1 glass of water

10:40 - 1 ginger biscuit

11:20 - 2 plums (fruit!!!)

12:00 - 2 brown bread rolls, with ham and cucumber

12:40 - 1 packet of M&M's (Ooops)

13:00 - 1 packet of fruit pastils (erm...)

13:55 - 1 glass of water

15:40 - 1 glass of water

16:35 - 1 glass of water

17:00 - EXERCISE BIKE - 10 mins, 2.39 miles!!!

20:00 - Pasta

20:15 - Orange juice

21:00 - slice of chocolate cake

Okay, I'll admit that it wasn't brilliant, but it wasn't too bad either, really. I'm over the moon about the exercise bike, and I'm gonna try walking to work again at least twice next week. I know that I ate a bit of junk - M&Ms, fruit pastils and chocolate cake, but I drank loads of water, I ate healthily in general, and I included fruit.

I feel good!

Not gonna go into all the details - in fact, not going to go into any of the details - I've just been real busy.

So I haven't posted Thursday, Friday, or Monday's intakes. But fear not - here are Tuesdays!

14:45 - 1 Jam donut

14:50 - 1 gian cookie

15:30 - 1 glass of water

17:20 - 1 double chocolate muffin

17:50 - Chiken stir fry with rice

18:00 - Tropical juice

18:15 - Chocolate yogurt

22:00 - Jam Donut

22:20 - Hot chocolate.

I hang my head in shame.

14:05 - 1 glass of water

14:45 - 1 black coffee

15:00 - 1 glass of water

16:00 - 1 glass of water

16:15 - 1 Orange

18:00 - Macaroon

20:30 - Pizza and chips

23:00 - Chocolate yogurt

I must say, I am really proud of today! Two healthy yogurts, 6 glasses of water, 3 pieces of fruit - great! What do you think?

Not too bad, apart from the chocolate intake. Two pieces of fruit, potatoes, and sprouts - thats almost my 5 a day! Gotta improve on that, haven't I...

13:15 - 2 brown bread and tuna rolls

13:30 - 1 Daim Bar (but I still call them Dime bars!)

13:55 - 1 glass of water

15:15 - 1 glass of water

16:20 - 1 Hazelnut yogurt

16:30 - 1 glass of water

17:15 - 1 Go Ahead Bars

17:50 - 1 Macaroon

20:50 - Pasta and salad

22:00 - Chocolate yogurt

23:00 - Chocolate milkshake

Hmmm. Looking back at that, I thought that I had drank more water, but evidently not. Well, it wasn't too bad today, really, not compared to Friday anyway! Junk food wasn't too bad. Problems are when I get home from work - the tendency is to sit and pig out. Must avoid that.

Alrighty There People!

First of all, apologies for the lateness in updating this - it is now actually Thursday 19th April,
so I am currently almost a week behind schedule.

It has been a totally, utterly, manic week, and things just seem to be spiralling out of control
beyond my grasp.

Diet wise, things haven't been too clever either. I've not done any exercise, and as you will be
able to tell from this blog's consumption, it almost went out of the window. You'll be pleased to
know that I've got it back in control, and will be doing what I can to shed those stones imminently.

Anyway, on to Friday's incomings:

07:30 - Cornflakes with semi skimmed milk

08:30 - 1 glass of water

09:15 - 1 glass of water

10:14 - 1 glass of water

10:40 - 1 Cadbury's Creme Egg

11:50 - 1 glass of water

12:20 - 2 white bread rolls with Tuna

12:30 - 1 Cadbury's Creme Egg

15:00 - 1/2 bag of Cadbury's Mini Eggs

17:00 - 1 Cadbury's Creme Egg

19:00 - Chicken Korma, rice and Naan bread

19:40 - Tropical juice drink

Okay, so today was bad - really bad. But please, bear in mind that it's the week after Easter, and
everything chocolate wise is on special offer. So I'm sorry that I ate 3 Creme eggs today. But... I
had to...

Anyway, must dash, I have a lot to catch up on!

Alrighty There People!

Well, I must say that today was more of a success than the previous two days... but I still gotta lotta work to do...

Here's the incomings:

12:00 - Tomato Soup

12:20 - 3x Go Ahead Bars

16:15 - Glass of water

16:40 - 1 Orange

17:15 - Giant cookie

17:30 - Burgers, chips, peas

17:40 - Can of Coke

17:50 - Chocolate

20:20 - Glass of water

22:00 - Creme Egg

23:00 - Milkshake and biscuit

So... it wasn't too bad, really, but a couple of naughty things in there, namely, burgers and chips, coke, chocolate, Creme Egg. But the creme egg - seriously, ASDA, 8 for £1.00. A POUND! They're usually 40p each!!! You just can't miss bargains like that. And anyway, I'm moving soon, so the stress is gonna come rolling on, and I'm gonna need my comfort food. I know it's not what you want to hear, but that's just the way it is.

Anyway, hope to do even better tomorrow.

17:50 - steak, dumpling, potatoes, peas

17:59 - 1 glass of juice

19:10 - 1 Cadbury's Button yogurt

22:00 - black coffee, 4 bourbon biscuits

23:00 - Cherry bakewell

Okay, so here's where I'm angry: Again, only three cups of water. Tomorrow, I am DETERMINED to drink a cup of water on the hour, every hour. At least while I'm at work. Ginger biscuits. Go Ahead biscuits. Cadbury's Yogurt. Bourbon Biscuits. Cherry bakewell. Are they the items that should be in the daily intake of a man that is SUPPOSED TO BE ON A DIET???? I think not.
I'm pretty upset with myself, and you know what - this is what I'm gonna do. No more rubbish. At all. Just healthy food, lots of water, and sessions on the exercise bike.

Alrighty There People!

Well, I must say, it has been a long time - a long time since I sat down to do this blog. As you may have realised by now, I generally keep a record of all of my day's eatings, but don't actually subscribe it to my blog until the following day.

However, sometimes I'm that busy, that it takes me a few days to catch up. Last week, not only did I fail to catch up, but I lost the hard copies of my daily incomings. So I apologise for that.

The weekend was mega busy too, with me at a conference all weekend. Apart from munching through a bag of M&M's, it was a healthy weekend though.

Easter Monday I spent out and about, went to the forest, went to the beach, had a great time, but now I'm really sore - still, despite the fact that it's now actually Thursday... (But you leeping reading this as Tuesday, you know the score...!)

Anyway, on to Tuesday's incomings...

Tuesday was another long day spent at work, and to be honest I could just snack away. It's been quiet these past few weeks, and the long hours in the office drag. I could munch quite contentedly through bags and bags of sweets and chocolate, but I don't. I have brought fruit to work, but as you all know, it sometimes stays there a week before I eat it...

Here goes:

07:20 - Cornflakes with semi skimmed milk

08:27 - 1 glass of water

09:23 - 1 glass of water

10:29 - 3 Go Ahead biscuits

10:38 - 1 glass of water

11:42 - Cadbury's Twirl

12:09 - 2 bread rolls with tuna and cucumber

14:10 - Raspberry Yogurt

14:24 - Salt and Vinegar crisps

21:00 - Pasta with baked potato and cheese

21:15 - Fruit juice

22:20 - 1 glass of wine

I'm really disappointed with myself today. First of all, I was at work from 8:30 - 18:00, yet I only drank 3 glasses of water - I'm supposed to have one every hour. That meant that I was supposed to have 10 glasses. Then, I gave way to temptation, and devoured a Cadbury's Twirl. I saw, I bought, I ate... It felt good. THEN, I ate a bag of Salt and Vinegar crisps. I don't even really like crisps, I could go five years without eating them and not miss them for a moment. And, there was a sad lack of fruit and exercise.

A very bad day, all in all. I need to learn from my mistakes. I need to examine my weaknesses. I need to forge ahead, determined to lose weight.

I WILL SUCCEED!!!

Alrighty There People!

So how you all doing? I'm great, really good. Although saying that, I weighed myself today, and I'm closer to fourteen stone than I was about a month ago... Maybe I'll stop weighing myself, and just concentrate on picking up the good habits... Must do more exercise, must eat more fruit, must eat less junk... It's quite simple really. But writing it is one thing, actually doing it is another.

Anyway, on to today's takings:

07:20 - Cornflakes with semi skimmed milk

09:11 - 1 glass of water

10:43 - Kellogg's Nutri Grain Raisin Break

11:02 - 1 glass of water

11:35 - 1 Cadbury's Creme Egg

12:00 - 2 brown bread rolls with tuna and pineapple

12:30 - 1 Hazelnut yogurt

13:49 - 1 glass of water

14:36 - 1 glass of water

14:45 - 1 Raspberry yogurt

15:30 - 1 Banana

15:40 - 1 glass of water

16:53 - 1 Orange

17:30 - Steak, yorkshire pudding, mashed potatoes

17:40 - 1 glass of orange juice

17:45 - 1 Cadbury's Dairy Milk Buttons yogurt

20:20 - 1 pint of water

20:30 - 1 piece of shortbread

Okay, I think I did better today - I ate two pieces of fruit, a banana and an orange. I ate two healthy yogurts. Healthy lunch. Healthy dinner. Plenty of water. Let downs? I should have said no to the creme egg. The Kellogg's bar is probably really fattening. The Cadbury's yogurt should have been a piece of fruit. And the shortbread should have been avoided altogether.

AND I DIDN'T DO ANY EXERCISE!

Aaaargh.

Never mind, tomorrow I will do better....

Alrighty There People!

What a weekend. Busy as usual, but busy is good. Just thought I'd update you all with today's incomings....

11:47 - Water

12:15 - 2 brown bread rolls with tuna and pineapple

12:20 - Hazelnut Yogurt

12:25 - Raspberry Yogurt

13:35 - 1 Banana

18:00 - Sausages, cheesy mashed potatoes, beans

18:15 - Water

18:20 - Cornetto

21:00 - Hot chocolate and low cal biscuit

22:00 - Pint of water

Okay, well, the water was a disaster today, mainly because I had an appointment this morning, and this afternoon stuff got in the way that made it impossible for me to grab any drinks. I think I did quite well on the fruity intake though, not bad at all.

Anyway, must dash.
