Another great day today, with quite a lot of intakes, some not too good though. Okay, here goes...:
07:35 - Crunchy Nut Cornflakes with semi skimmed milk
08:30 - 1 glass of water
09:40 - 1 glass of water
10:30 - 2 Go Ahead bars
10:40 - 1 glass of water
12:30 - 2 ham and cucumber rolls
12:45 - Blue Ribband
13:00 - Raspberry yogurt
13:55 - 1 glass of water
14:35 - 1 glass of water
15:20 - 1 plum
15:30 - 1 glass of water
16:45 - 1 glass of water
17:50 - 3/4 pizza
18:00 - Orange juice
20:20 - 1 glass of water
20:30 - biscuit and chocolate bar
22:00 - Steak pie
22:30 - bowl of ice cream
Hmmm, okay, so I went a bit off of the rails today. All in all though, a lot of water, not too much junk - quite good!
Must dash, I may - may - weigh myself tomorrow...

The Dieting Man
I'm dieting because I've turned into a bit of a heifer. My plan is simple. Eat healthy. Do exercise. I plan to eat more fruit, less junk. I'm going to do exercise, such as riding my bike, my exercise bike, and utilising my Wii and PS3. I can't do this on my own - I seriously lack motivation. So please, post comments, keep me going, keep me motivated, and let's see if I can shed this weight. I am The Dieting Man!
