Well, I must apologise, because I am not sure how accurate this is. I know that it is spot on up until three pm, but the rest is approximate...
Examine, and please tell me what you think...:
07:30 - Rice Krispies and semi skimmed milk
09:00 - 1 glass of water
09:57 - 1 glass of water
10:03 - 2 Go Ahead bars
12:10 - Tortellini
12:30 - Daim bar
12:45 - Chocolate muffin
13:20 - 1 glass of water
13:50 - 1 plum
15:19 - 1 kiwi
17:00 - Pasties, potatoes, sprouts
17:40 - Chocolate yogurt
20:00 - Chocolate milkshake
Not too bad, apart from the chocolate intake. Two pieces of fruit, potatoes, and sprouts - thats almost my 5 a day! Gotta improve on that, haven't I...

The Dieting Man
I'm dieting because I've turned into a bit of a heifer. My plan is simple. Eat healthy. Do exercise. I plan to eat more fruit, less junk. I'm going to do exercise, such as riding my bike, my exercise bike, and utilising my Wii and PS3. I can't do this on my own - I seriously lack motivation. So please, post comments, keep me going, keep me motivated, and let's see if I can shed this weight. I am The Dieting Man!
