Alrighty There People!

I have an extremely accurate record of today's incomings, so I will get straight on with it...

Also, I am going to be posting progress pictures soon, so keep checking back for them!

Today went something like this...:

07:30 - Rice Krispies and semi skimmed milk

11:40 - 1 glass of water

11:50 - 2 Go Ahead bars

12:30 - Snack a Jack

13:15 - 2 brown bread and tuna rolls

13:30 - 1 Daim Bar (but I still call them Dime bars!)

13:55 - 1 glass of water

15:15 - 1 glass of water

16:20 - 1 Hazelnut yogurt

16:30 - 1 glass of water

17:15 - 1 Go Ahead Bars

17:50 - 1 Macaroon

20:50 - Pasta and salad

22:00 - Chocolate yogurt

23:00 - Chocolate milkshake

Hmmm. Looking back at that, I thought that I had drank more water, but evidently not. Well, it wasn't too bad today, really, not compared to Friday anyway! Junk food wasn't too bad. Problems are when I get home from work - the tendency is to sit and pig out. Must avoid that.
