Well, just in case you were wondering, the outcome from the hospital was fractured finger, not broken. Phew.
I must say that climbing the stairs every day is getting easier. I still sweat when I reach the top, but not as profusely.
Today was another late night, so I'll be brief.
Today's incomings:
Weight: 13.10 (Aaargh!)
07:30 - Breakfast - 2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk
07:45 - Press ups x 40
08:40 - 1 glass of water
10:30 - 1 glass of water
11:55 - 1 glass of water
12:10 - 2 white bread rolls with corned beef and cucumber
12:40 - Choc Dips
12:45 - Lion bar
12:55 - 1 glass of water
13:40 - Mini toblerone
14:00 - 1 glass of water
15:00 - 1 glass of water
15:50 - 1 Banana
16:00 - 1 glass of water
16:40 - 1 tangerine
18:20 - Baked beans on toast
18:30 - Rolo yogurt
21:00 - Twirl bar
21:30 - Macaroni cheese
21:50 - 2 piece choc bar
Okay, so I went off the rails a tad today - maybe tomorrow will be better...
